What It Means To Be Free.

What does it mean to be free? Freedom can have multiple meanings and can be interpreted in several different ways. Communist governments can interpret freedom through the collectivised ability to work for the state, even though it's not really freedom based upon what we were taught by our founding fathers. Socialist governments can interpret freedom by declaring economic equality by the masses, including healthcare, education, and jobs. Although, we can only succeed in economic equality through the free market principles that our founding fathers taught us. Finally, our own government interprets freedom as working for the corporate interest, something our founding fathers would have called Corporate Fascism. I might even call it Nazism. (Google Walmart to implement TSAs in their stores).

Do you see where I'm getting at? We don't have true freedom based upon what our founding fathers taught us. Somehow I have forgotten what it means to truly be free because freedom has only become an illusionary vision that our government sponsored media tries to convey to us. Here is a brief list to what I believe is some of our biggest social problems in modern society.

1. Corporate Economy

Jobs are consolidated into these massive industries to a point where real opportunities to LIFE LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS fades into a foggy distance, as people are trained (by mainstream media and government) that the real opportunities are with these massive corporate interest that buy off our politicians one Democrats and Republican at a time.

2. Seclusion in Society

Everyone in society is secluded from the outside world, as if they are trapped in a mindless slumber that they can never fully awake from until it's too late. People are getting married later on in their lives, divorce rates have skyrocketed to an all time high, and we're all taught from birth that WE DON'T REALLY NEED ANYONE IN OUR LIVES BECAUSE WE CAN MAKE IT ON OUR OWN WITHOUT ANY HELP. I'm not talking about socialism here, but making a point that we need to come together, regardless of class, religion, and ethnic background, in order to build a stronger democratic society that our founding fathers had envisioned.

3. Taxes

Taxes are going up every year and just proves how much in dept we are in modern day America. Entitlement programs are the cause of all this taxation and the Healthcare Bill along with the Dream Act, allowing illegal aliens to become citizens automatically as opposed to other immigrants who enter into this country legally, allows for the national debt to continue to rise. It's literally the reason why our founding fathers left England in the first place, due to massive debt and taxation. Remember, NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. Unfortunately, modern day America has not gotten this message and we must demand adequate representation, or simply refuse to pay any taxes at all.

I just want to experience the freedoms our founding fathers fought and died for almost three hundred years ago. Freedom can mean many different things, but can also be twisted by control freaks who want more power in society. It's time for a revolution in this country and I will discuss different way in which we can implement revolution, far greater than what our founding fathers could have ever possibly imagined almost three hundred years ago.
